The infrastructure of the aerodrome section at Tbilisi International Airport has been improved.

With the investment of TAV Georgia, additional parking stands for aircraft have been installed at Tbilisi International Airport, and part of the existing stands has been rehabilitated.

As part of the project, a new parking stand for large aircraft (Wide-body) classified under ICAO’s “F” and “E” codes was constructed over an area of 18,000 m². Additionally, a 12,500 m² area designated for medium-sized (Narrow-body) aircraft classified under ICAO’s “C” code was rehabilitated. A 3,500 m² area for helicopter parking was also renovated.

TAV Georgia invested 6.5 million GEL in these infrastructure works. Over the past 20 years, the company’s total investment in Georgia has reached 225 million US dollars.
