The international airports of Tbilisi and Batumi are represented at the international platform Routes Europe 2025, which is being held in Seville, Spain. The team from TAV Georgia and TAV Airports Holding is showcasing the services and potential of Georgia’s two international airports to airlines and airport operators.
TAV Georgia has organized dozens of meetings, including sessions with airlines such as Vueling, Austrian Airlines, Air India, Edelweiss, Cyprus Airways, Finnair, Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), EasyJet, Air Serbia, Air Cairo, among others. Additionally, the management of Polish Airports, representing Polish airport operators, was also engaged. Some of these airlines are already operating at Tbilisi and Batumi international airports, while others were provided with detailed information on the services offered by TAV Georgia and the competitive advantages of operating at these airports during the meetings.
Routes Europe is the region’s largest event in the aviation sector. It serves as a platform that brings together airlines, airports, tourism stakeholders, and organizations working in aviation from various countries, all of which are involved in the development of European air connectivity.
TAV Georgia is continuously working on the development of new routes from the two airports under its management, with a particular focus on European routes. The company has been operating in the Georgian aviation market for 20 years, and during this period, an investment of 230 million dollars has been made in the construction and development of Georgia’s two international airports.
