TAV Georgia General Manager Tea Zakaradze met with the delegation of France’s largest business association, Mouvement des Entreprises de France (MEDEF), and provided information about the company’s activities. She highlighted the results of TAV Georgia’s 20-year performance, the unprecedented scale of passenger traffic growth, completed and planned investments, and the airport expansion projects.
Under the new agreement signed with the Government of Georgia on January 15, TAV Georgia has undertaken an obligation to invest USD 150 million in the expansion and development of Tbilisi International Airport. Negotiations are also ongoing regarding the expansion of Batumi International Airport and the extension of the concession term.
The Mouvement des Entreprises de France (MEDEF) is France’s largest and most influential business organization, representing the interests of the country’s private sector in economic and social policymaking. It serves as the main platform for dialogue between French businesses, the government, trade unions, and international partners. Representatives of more than 20 MEDEF member companies attended the meeting.
