As the start of flights to London gets closer, representatives from British Airways visited Tbilisi International Airport to finalize the last technical details. During their two-day visit, they held several meetings and familiarized themselves with the services offered by the airport.
The British Airways representatives met with officials from TAV Georgia, the management company of Tbilisi and Batumi airports. They exchanged information and discussed operational and ground services requirements. Additionally, the representatives from TAV Georgia gave a tour of the Tbilisi International Airport, showcasing the registration and passport control zones, departure gates, and the first-class lounge.
British Airways will begin flights on the Tbilisi-London-Tbilisi route starting March 31. The direct regular flights between Tbilisi International Airport and Heathrow Airport will operate four times a week.
