From May 2, the flag carrier of Latvia Air Baltic will start to operate direct flights on the route Riga-Batumi. Flights will be performed twice a week by Airbus 220 type of aircrafts.
Air Baltic has been performing flights from Tbilisi International Airport since 2006. During this very summer season, the airline will operate flights from Riga four times a week.
